1. Pay attention to the pump bearing temperature, should not exceed the external temperature of 35 degrees but the maximum should not be greater than 75 degrees.
2. The oil cup should be filled with calcium-based butter to ensure normal lubrication of the bearing.
3. The pump in the first month of work, or after 100 hours of operation, should replace the motor support oil cup butter, after every 2000 hours of work to replace.
4. Check the elastic coupling regularly, pay attention to the motor bearing temperature rise.
5. In case of any noise or unusual sound during the operation, stop the car immediately for inspection.
6. The pump every 2000 hours should be periodic inspection, impeller, pump body (or pump cover) between the clearance of friction loss should not be too large, the maximum clearance should not exceed 1.5 mm, such as the replacement of impeller or the front cover.
7. Pump work 6 hours, should check the machine seal, according to the degree of wear and tear to repair or replace, otherwise it will lead to the damage of the pump shaft and bearing.
